Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy:

Our Company does not guarantee the product’s identity as to the finish and appearance of the final product/s as ordered by you on display on the website. The quality of the product, information and look of the final product may or may not differ also, may not meet your expectations. There maybe modification in your order and Company may intimate you for the same in advance. Please note that specific products may not be returnable or refundable as otherwise mentioned against them.

If you wish to refund/return any product we request you to keep all the original parts, packaging, freebies (if any), and original payment receipt. Please make sure to keep the product as it is and in a proper manner when returning it. Please make sure to provide the correct product to our courier/delivery partner, Rocking Potato will not be responsible for loss, damage or theft for the same. If any or all the products which were a part of an order placed using a coupon or code are returned then the coupon or code will be no longer valid on further order.

The Refund process will be completed only when the product is received at our office/warehouse, and we go through all the quality and little verification from our side. The payment mode while placing the order will be the only mode of the Refund process. If the payment mode is made cash on delivery, we will refund the amount to your choice’s bank account (If available). Loyalty points/coins will be not credited back to your account in the refund process.

You have an obligation to fully check the product/s order by you for accuracy upon the receipt for the same. After order placement, customer can only cancel the order when the order is in ‘Pending state’. Also, cancellations should be made within 1 hour of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you need to get in touch with our support team by sending an e-mail along with placed order number.

The Company reserves the rights to cancel any order in the case if the order request is not acceptable in any circumstances. Upon such cancellations, the Company may refund you the exact amount of the product which you have paid. The actual reason for the cancellation of the order may be unavailability of the product/s, inaccurate pricing information, or due to wrong/fraud usage of the payment mechanism followed by you. You will intimate any cancellation.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping policy or delivery policy together with the terms of use describes the Company’s policies and procedures for delivering products purchased from our platform. We request every user to read and understand the terms and shipping policy carefully. Our Company ships its product in all PAN India with some exceptions. We ship all the product on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. The shipping charges maybe applied per quantity of the product you order and can be checked by entering the details like pin code on the product pages.

The order or shipping charge will also be displayed in the cart while also mentioning the shipping address while checking out with your order. This Shipping charges are not refundable in case of return/cancellation of the product. The Shipping charges may modify or change at any point without prior notification. The new charges may reflect you at the time of the checkout session. Free Shipping is available in a certain amount of order at limited locations.

There may be a case, where you have ordered more than 5 pieces of any same product and the product isn’t in the stock, then the product would be marked under the pre-order section. In this circumstance, it may take little longer. Also, for items which are not available in stock, it would take nearly 2-6 week to dispatch, and you would be informed via call or mail.

The estimated time for shipping any order will be approximately 3-5 business days (business days do not include Sunday or Public Holiday). The delivery date mentioned by our Company is tentative.

In the case of International shipping, please write to us or WhatsApp us on the given number and expect the revert within 48 hours.

Our Company tries to provide the best customer service and experience by delivering the products as per the date communicated while placing the order. Our Company has the right to cancel the order in case of sole discretion cases where the shipment is physically not discernible or may take longer than usual delivery time, and the amount will be refunded for cancelled products.

You can change the delivery address once the order is in Pending of Confirmed stage and none of the items is in the shipping stage. If there is any variation of delivery charges on placing the order and the delivery address to be updated new one, updating the address may not be accepted.

We will also intimate you the courier partner details and the tracking number of the order in your registered mobile number and e-mail address. If you do not receive any mail within 24-48 hours from our side after placing the order, we request you to please check your spam folder. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the product twice/thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide an accurate and correct mobile number for faster delivery.
